This team supports high-visibility initiatives by delivering effective, strategic creative work that aligns with marketing and brand goals. The ideal candidate is someone who values strong relationships, communicates with clarity, and brings a high level of service to every interaction. This role will be responsible for managing a wide range of creative projects end-to-end, with a primary focus on product packaging. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, external vendor management, and workflow oversight across print and digital channels. The ability to manage high-volume SKU portfolios and flex into other creative streams—such as digital, social, and integrated campaigns—is essential. You’ll partner closely with creative and marketing leadership to develop strategies, align on business goals, and ensure on-time, launch-ready execution. The team environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on quality. A passion for consumer products and strong brand storytelling is key. Key Responsibilities Manage creative project workflows from intake through delivery, including reviews, approvals, and production Align with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and manage complex creative pipelines Handle packaging-related deliverables including proofing, print file prep, and vendor coordination Translate creative briefs into actionable project plans, assigning resources and establishing timelines Collaborate closely with creative teams (art, copy, design, production) and serve as the business voice throughout Present updates to stakeholders, capture and communicate feedback, and keep projects moving forward Lead regular status meetings and provide visibility into project health, risks, and milestones Ensure final asset handoff and quality assurance for print and digital distribution Contribute to broader creative initiatives including eCommerce, digital, and social media campaigns as needed Represent the creative operations function in cross-functional conversations and planning Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field 6+ years of experience in project/account management within a creative agency or in-house team Deep experience in product packaging, including managing large SKU portfolios and the print production lifecycle Familiarity with digital and eCommerce creative processes preferred Strong grasp of multi-channel marketing strategy across social, digital, and brand campaigns Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet); Figma experience a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Experience working in shared server environments and enterprise-level workflow systems Ability to work independently, think proactively, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 24 Seven Talent by 2x Get notified about new Account Project Manager jobs in Plantation, FL .
