WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Enhance brand image through positive interactions with consumers in target markets
Provide amazing customer service and provide solutions to common inquiries/objections
Develop brand awareness by sharing the narrative across various mediums
Manage accounts, both at a consumer and client level
Track project performance to ensure successful and timely completion of all deliverables
Foster collaboration with cross-functional departments
We are looking for someone to assist with the management and maintenance of the brands’ unique story by sharing it with consumers in high-interest markets. SKILLS NEEDED TO ENSURE SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
Ability to consistently provide excellent customer service
Possess organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills

Ability to quickly assess situations and provide solutions
