Key Responsibilities

1. Manage design projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines.
2. Oversee and maintain the integrity of the Royal Recognition brands.
3. Create and manage content for our corporate WordPress website.
4. Handle social media accounts.
5. Resize and recolor vector logo files.
6. Prepare RFPs (Request for Proposals) and related margin spreadsheets.
7. Develop marketing materials for clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong conceptual skills.
• Proactive and adaptable work style.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, with project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional, and Photoshop.
• Basic HTML and CSS coding skills are preferred.
• Experience with Magento E-commerce, Atlassian JIRA, Basecamp, is a plus but not required.
• Mac-based environment experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
