Scope of Role
The Social Media and Creative Manager plays a key role in shaping the brand identity and digital presence of the Red’s Brand. You will coordinate with key agency partners, craft compelling organic social media content, manage our social media platforms, website and drive consumer engagement to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
Principal Accountabilities
Ownership of Red’s Organic Social Media – Strategy/Content Creation/Community Management (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube). As the leader of Organic Social you’ll develop and implement strategies that showcase the brand's premium product portfolio, key benefits and lifestyle relevance. You will coordinate Paid Social activations with Red’s agency partner. You will create content to include recipes, new usage occasions, cooking tips, behind-the-scenes content and highlights for new products.
Coordinate with Agency Partners. You will be Red’s day-to-day connection to our agency partners, helping to implement our strategies throughout the year.
Partner with PR/Influencers. You will coordinate with PR and Creative Agency partners to approve influencer activations and ensure product/supporting materials are delivered to influencers.
Management of Redsallnatural.com – Keeping our content matching the latest products we’re taking to market (new items/packaging updates/cooking instructions). Working with agency partner to efficiently update the site.
Photography – work with our photographers and food stylist to capture new items for packaging and lifestyle moments. You will set-up shoots, lead the process and coordinate with food stylist, and photographers.
A+ Content For Retailer Sites And Community Management. You will lead the development of content with our in-house designer and agency partners. Sites will be updated with new content (nutrition information, cooking instructions and brand materials). You will facilitate the dissemination of product reviews across key retailer websites (Walmart.com, Kroger.com, Target.com, Instacart.com, etc.)
Club Rojo Loyalty Program Management. You will lead the day-to-day management and future development of Red’s loyalty program, driving engagement with our most passionate consumers.
Copywriting of on-package and on-website romance copy and product descriptions.
Creative Development: Creative eye and passion for continuous improvement
Agency Management: Understanding of creative process and how to manage agency partners
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate directly with consumers, resolving issues and building brand affinity
Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and how Social and Creative impact brand awareness, affinity and loyalty
Project Management: Ability to manage creative projects in a fast-paced environment
Key Functional Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Prefer 5+ years of experience running Social Media programs. (CPG, Food or Restaurant Experience Preferred, but not required)
Inherent intellectual curiosity to understand the Red’s Brand, Brand Building Fundamentals, the latest culinary trends and consumer preferences.
Creative production experience (photo shoots) and ability to manage production of great content with creative partners (design, photography, web development)
Copywriting experience to enable on-package and on-website romance copy and product descriptions.
Familiarity with paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships
Experience managing creative teams and agency partners
Bachelor’s Degree (business management, communications, marketing or similar)
Highly Collaborative - Work well with other cross-functional partners, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ambition to every task.
