Grinnell, Iowa (open to REMOTE) . While special consideration will be given to candidates in or willing to relocate to the Grinnell, Iowa, region, we are

Marketing and Promotions Analyst , you will analyze and optimize our
pricing strategies
and
promotional activities
to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with our marketing, sales, and product management teams to develop
data-driven insights
and recommendations.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing
pricing strategies
that optimize revenue and profitability across our product range. You will monitor competitive pricing and market trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of
promotional activities
and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their impact. Leveraging advanced
analytics tools , you will analyze large datasets related to sales, pricing, and customer behavior, developing
dashboards and reports
to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Utilizing
web analytics tools
such as
Adobe Analytics , you will measure website performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with the marketing team to implement changes.
Reporting and visualization skills
using
Power BI
will be essential to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
To succeed as our
Marketing and Promotions Analyst , you should have a
bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field , along with
2-3 years of experience in retail or eCommerce marketing, pricing, or analytics . Strong
data and analytics skills , particularly in
pricing and promotions optimization , are required, as well as proficiency in
web analytics tools
such as
Adobe Analytics
and data visualization tools like
Power BI . Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities , coupled with strong
communication and presentation skills , will be crucial for working collaboratively in our fast-paced environment.
