This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Applicants hired into this position can work from either Illinois or Wisconsin and will have a hybrid in-office and remote work location. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking a
Unified Communications Supervisor
to:
Oversee and manage a high-performing service delivery team dedicated to providing exceptional technical support.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and user experience.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to staff and end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain UC solutions.

Proven leadership experience in a technical support or IT environment.
In-depth knowledge of unified communications technologies and platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field Required or
2 years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below Required
Work Experience
Demonstrated success leading and mentoring others in Unified Communications technologies Required
Demonstrate success in coaching and mentoring Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams in a 24x7 origination Required
Demonstrate success implementing and managing large, complex, enterprise-class solutions Required
Demonstrated success using effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead others directly or indirectly Required
Demonstrated success being proactive and innovative Required
5 years of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred
5 years of VoIP support experience Preferred
5 years of experience performing system administration and engineering Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
CPHIMS, PMP, ITIL, Various Epic Certifications Preferred
