Associate Media Operations Manager, Program Operations
The Associate Media Operations Manager, Program Operations will be responsible for supporting the department across all BioPharm's Expert Perspectives and Conference Reporter campaigns.
Invoice Management
- Management of all departmental invoices
- Prep POs and coordinate with finance department
Program Management Support
- Daily maintenance of program tracker
- Updating program management tool (Workfront)
- Support with launching new programs, as needed
Conference Research Support
- Preconference research/identification support
- Identify conference access
- Support with conference registration details
- Work with content lead to identify themes and disease state related programming
Expert Management Support
- Draft expert authorship agreements
- Prepare and send financial forms to experts
- Review, file, and distribute completed forms and executed contracts to appropriate departments
- Set up purchase orders for payment of expert honoraria
- Update project management tool, as well as internal expert management and invoice trackers
Qualifications / Essential Skills
- The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of high-level administrative experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Must have ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask
- Must be a team player and effectively interact with staff at all levels of the company
- Must have ability to work independently when necessary
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Proficiency in Survey Monkey and Workfront, not required but a plus
- S./B.A. is required
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
- $48,500 - $49,000
