Overview
Unrivaled is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Full-time Graphic Preflight Designer to join our graphics team in Ogden, Utah. This role involves proofing and preparing graphics for prepress, including exhibits, displays, museums, retail spaces, and custom environments for clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and a drive to produce excellent work consistently.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in our Teamwork project management system.
- Preflight artwork, manage proofing, and oversee the job cycle in collaboration with internal staff.
- Create artwork and visual support materials for clients and vendors as needed.
- Operate and maintain internal graphic production equipment and processes.
- Support the Graphics Manager through clear and collaborative communication.
- Operate the roll-to-roll printer and Graphtec Plotter vinyl cutter.
- Develop skills in laminating, cutting, and finishing graphics.
- Assist with graphic installations at our facilities and client sites.
- Operate other specialized equipment as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in prepress/preflight processes or a comparable professional background.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Understanding of print graphics and related processes.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Graphic design degree, ongoing degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience managing large-scale graphic design projects.
- Experience in museum, commercial, or retail graphic production and installation is highly desirable.
