We are looking for a talented and hands-on Director of Marketing to join a fast-growing company revolutionising the way consumers interact with and derive value from their camera infrastructure. Our client's product offers a cooperative OS for cameras, enabling seamless control, automation, and cloud management of video devices at scale. As the first marketing hire, you'll own and execute the entire marketing strategy while driving growth initiatives that will shape the company’s future. What You’ll Do: Lead customer acquisition strategies across both paid and organic channels (email, social media, SEO, content, and more). Optimize and scale social and digital ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Develop and launch loyalty, referral, and ambassador programs. Create compelling content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage influencer marketing campaigns with key creators, streamers, and video professionals. Coordinate video production for product launches, campaigns, and case studies. Drive marketing at conferences & events, from booth strategy to lead follow-up. Leverage the latest AI tools to optimize marketing operations and performance tracking. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, ideally with B2B and B2C experience. A passion for fast-moving environments, with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute at speed. Experience in the video, AI, or AV/Broadcast markets. Seniority level
