At our busy and successful auto repair shop, our service advisors are the backbone of our operation. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. You listen carefully to each client's concerns and work closely with our expert auto technicians to diagnose and repair their vehicles efficiently and effectively.

As a skilled communicator and problem-solver, you're responsible for writing up accurate estimates and maintaining clear lines of communication with both clients and technicians. You're also in charge of ordering any necessary parts and ensuring that each repair meets our high standards of quality control.

But it's not just about the technical aspects of the job - it's about the relationships you build with our customers. You're their go-to person for auto advice, updates, and feedback throughout the repair process. You take great pride in seeing their relieved faces when they're back on the road, knowing that you played a key role in getting them there!
