- Position: Part-time Music Teacher for grades K-12
- School Overview: PHAA is a K-12 school serving approximately 120 students in the Bay Area east of San Francisco.
- Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment to develop musical skills, creativity, teamwork, and discipline.
- Provide regular feedback and assessments on student progress.
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
- Incorporate SDA Christian values into music instruction.
- Manage the music library, including working within a budget, repairing, and purchasing new music equipment.
- Lead ensembles such as handbells, choirs, and other groups.
- Additional Notes: Interviews may occur before the application deadline.
- Required Experience: Candidates must be members of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church and eligible to work in the United States.
