Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Job Description Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support our NJ Debt teams by executing strategic initiatives, working on special projects, creating presentations, and developing property marketing collateral as needed. The role involves supporting brokerage and marketing team needs by providing high-quality, timely marketing materials under strict deadlines, with a focus on quality control and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creative requests from the team, including attending strategy sessions and kick-off calls.
- Design and format marketing materials such as property brochures, proposals, presentation boards, flyers, e-blasts, offering memorandums, tour books, Broker Opinions of Value, and event invitations.
- Create materials to communicate key messages and selling propositions.
- Develop creative collateral, manage production, and ensure quality control, reporting progress to marketing leadership.
- Create template presentations for the brokerage team.
- Finalize creative pitches and proposals for distribution.
- Support marketing strategies to enhance brand differentiation and business development.
- Generate content for social media campaigns, including graphics and short videos.
- Manage creative projects from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Communicate project priorities, progress, and deadlines regularly.
- Ensure high-quality, innovative graphics and brand integrity in client deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven high-level creative development and production skills.
- Experience or interest in digital marketing (website, email, interactive presentations).
- 3+ years of graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with web tools and HTML is a plus.
- Ability to create effective visual communication using infographics and iconography.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environments, and/or real estate background is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Information
The position offers a salary range of $72,250 to $85,000, along with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
