We partner with mission-driven organizations to translate their vision into campaigns that connect and convert. We work with nonprofits and small organizations to build brands, increase reach, and drive meaningful engagement. Position Overview We’re seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to help coordinate, execute, and improve marketing efforts across multiple client accounts. You’ll bring campaigns to life, ensure consistent branding, and keep projects moving on time and on target. This hands-on, multidisciplinary role is perfect for someone who wants to gain exposure to strategic marketing while honing tactical execution skills. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day marketing tasks for multiple clients Coordinate content calendars across social, email, and blog platforms Assist with campaign planning and support paid ad execution (Meta, Google, etc.) Communicate with designers, copywriters, and vendors to meet deliverables Review and schedule content in platforms like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, and HubSpot Track KPIs and assist with monthly performance reporting Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed Support brand messaging development and positioning efforts Attend internal/client meetings and contribute ideas based on trends and data Qualifications 2 Years of experience in marketing Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable using marketing tools like HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent communication and copywriting skills Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn new platforms and strategies Able to manage multiple projects and timelines with minimal oversight Why Join Us?
