The Data Analyst will work closely with sales and account management to demonstrate the value of AD retail media to our advertising customers (brands and agencies). As a key member of the Client Strategy & Analytics team, the analyst will generate reporting and data-based insights based on campaign and business performance. The role involves presenting campaign results across media channels and providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns. The analyst will also identify optimizations to scale ADRM reporting, capabilities, and client solutions. Work Schedule & Locations
Our flexible/hybrid schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Locations include Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; and Hyattsville, MD. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities
Source, identify, and deliver concise insights, trends, or patterns from media and retail data to demonstrate the value of investing in ADRM. Support clients with pre-sales guidance and final campaign reporting, providing actionable recommendations for future growth. Partner with sales to present campaign results and explain media measurement approaches (e.g., attributed sales, incrementality, test/control, retail media concepts). Manage multiple stakeholders and projects, working with 2-3 sellers and 5-8 CPG accounts simultaneously. Create business reviews for top-tier clients using data platforms, providing strategic insights linking marketing spend and retail sales revenue. Ask probing questions to clarify business problems and analysis requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, ad ops, account management, and product teams to identify opportunities. Identify process improvements and optimizations to enhance reporting, client requests, and insights generation. Qualifications
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field 2+ years of analytics experience Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience supporting eCommerce and grocery businesses Experience with Retail Media or ad technology platforms Experience with Circana or Nielsen data Understanding of relationships between advertisers, agencies, publishers, and retailers Experience with APIs and handling large data sets Knowledge of BI and visualization tools Proven ability to derive insights from data and recommend actions Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities Preferred Qualifications
Digital marketing certifications Background in grocery and CPG industries SQL skills Excellent communication skills for data storytelling and client collaboration Curious and analytical mindset Salary Range: ME/NC/PA/SC: $63,440-$95,160; IL/MA/MD: $72,880-$109,320 We value diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
