The Marketing Manager leads and oversees all the company’s marketing efforts from creative to operations. This position takes an active role in planning the annual marketing strategy for the company to support business growth and recognition. Essential Functions, Job Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department Takes an active role in Field Marketing to strengthen relationships with other physician groups and communities by identifying the type of referral sources and collaborating physicians for the company to obtain new patients Assist Website Partner by providing Curalta location updates, doctor updates, Google ads & website enhancements needed Oversee the social media calendar & social media campaigns for the Company Oversee advertising campaigns for the Company Manage the company’s Zoc Doc portal, making needed adjustments for locations and doctor profiles Manage marketing products and services for the organization; this includes company store, marketing materials, internal marketing, and office signage Organize the Annual Curalta conference Perform other duties as assigned Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare marketing required 1 years’ experience working in a healthcare setting preferred Prior experience leading a team preferred Ability to motivate and lead in a team-based environment. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative Resourcefulness, time-management, organization, problem solving and critical thinking skills Adaptability to healthcare and practice changes in a progressive environment Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
