The US Precision Medicine/Thoracic Franchise is poised for growth with therapies including Sigvotatug Vedotin (SGN-B6A), an investigational antibody-drug conjugate under development for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors. This role will support the US launch of SV in 2L NSCLC, collaborating with cross-functional partners. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Develop the US go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Global Marketing, Market Research, and Market Access. Partner with the Media Strategy Team to develop US HCP and Patient strategies, manage media channels, and track performance indicators. Collaborate with Global Marketing to create best-in-class HCP launch content that positions SV effectively in a competitive US market. Implement Congress strategies and coordinate internal and external engagements such as Ad Boards and strategic workshops. Lead agency processes and manage expenses to meet business objectives. Serve as Budget Captain for market access initiatives and oversee latest estimates. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, Pfizer values, and regulatory guidelines. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or Master’s with 7+ years, or Ph.D./PharmD with 5+ years. Successful experience in executing complex US product launches. Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and manage advertising agencies. Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with product positioning and branding. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and influence teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Advanced degree. US oncology marketing launch experience. Diverse leadership experiences demonstrating collaboration and business impact. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
