Overview
We’re looking for a Content Marketer to join our corporate marketing team located in St. Louis, MO (hybrid 2x week in office). This high-performing individual contributor will assist in planning, creating, and editing short- and long-form content showcasing our industry expertise and support the implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns that target decision makers looking for a strategic digital transformation partner.
The right candidate will demonstrate innate curiosity, learning agility, exceptional critical thinking, and the ability to manage many projects in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs, messaging, and branding initiatives that a) target the healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and insurance industries, b) communicate our industry expertise both internally and externally, and c) support the company’s sales and revenue objectives.
- Steer marketing plans and initiatives from ideation to completion, collaborating closely with various teams and contributors, including practice leaders, subject matter experts, sellers, creative services, and marketing operations.
- Proactively build an understanding of trending industry topics and competitor go-to-market approaches.
- Write and project manage the production and promotion of industry-specific thought leadership, website and blog content, client success stories, digital ads, emails, and other sales and marketing assets.
- Research, propose, and coordinate in-person conferences that align with our capabilities and offer excellent networking opportunities, as well as identify and organize unique in-person and virtual experiences for clients and prospects.
- Measure and report on campaign success.
- Effectively communicate project updates, acknowledge roadblocks, address challenges, and present solutions.
- Enable sales teams through the development and refinement of sales proposals, presentations, and other collateral.
- Write and submit entries for industry awards.
Qualifications
- Curious, agile learner who – through independent research and interviews with subject matter experts – embraces the opportunity to explore and understand the technical and business challenges impacting an industry.
- Aptitude for identifying and creating content about industry trends and topics that supports business priorities and resonates with readers.
- Excellent critical thinking, writing/editing, adaptability, and project management skills.
- Applies critical thinking, best practices, and approved generative AI tools to accelerate content creation.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can set and meet deadlines; able to drive progress across many in-process projects and priorities.
- Comfortable working with all levels in an organization, virtually or in person.
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, proactive, and accountable.
- 1-5+ years of experience in B2B content creation and/or content marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, journalism, English, or similar field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
