Job Summary
This position supervises a restaurant shift, coordinating team members and maintaining operational standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service and coach team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and assign shift duties.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records.
- Communicate discrepancies and ensure safety compliance.
- Complete incident reports as needed.
