Established professional services marketing agency seeks a PR and Marketing Assistant to provide administrative and substantive support in a high-paced, demanding environment. This role is ideal for an extremely bright, hungry, tenacious individual looking to learn about public relations and marketing while assisting the agency with any and all tasks. Job responsibilities will increase as the hire demonstrates the ability to learn and grow. On any given day, the PR and Marketing Assistant could be conducting research, managing calendars, writing blogs and pitches, interacting with reporters, drafting content for and managing client websites and social feeds, working in tandem w/SEO writers to attract engagement and drive SERPs, managing directories and submissions, interacting with vendors and/or assisting with new business pitches. Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and GEO/SEO software a plus.

Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from top University
• Recent college graduate or up to three years of marketing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms and experience using them
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and all Microsoft Office programs
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Law firm experience a huge plus
• Understanding of managing remote work
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and coordinate own work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
