Job Title: Cash Magic—Shreveport
Jacobs Entertainment is currently seeking a Gaming Technician for the Cash Magic Truck Plaza & Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Louisiana Cash Magic Truck Plaza & Casino features 27 video gaming facilities throughout the state, each with a convenience store, fueling station, restaurant, and up to 50 poker machines. The gaming area offers a casino-like atmosphere, providing travelers with an exciting break from the highways.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the correct operation of video poker machines at designated truck stop locations.
- Perform device repairs, machine conversions, class changes, routine preventative maintenance, and EPROM replacements.
- Ensure all responsibilities comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Complete end-of-day paperwork and report submissions.
- Manage inventory and track parts on hand.
- Maintain assigned company vehicle, including repairs, maintenance, oil changes, and cleaning.
- Be available on call 24/7.
- Relocate bases and machines as necessary.
- Attend regular Gaming Department meetings and share knowledge and repair techniques.
- Adhere to policies regarding key control and maintenance of gaming devices.
- Familiarize with test and support equipment such as currency counters and PD61.
Skills, Education, and Other Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in gaming or a technical environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting documents, and writing routine reports.
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license.
- Ability to establish identity and right to work in the U.S.
