The Role
We’re seeking an Account Manager to drive business success & build meaningful client relationships while enjoying a positive, fun environment working with a team of overachievers who are the best in the industry.
We need a proactive problem-solver who thrives working on multiple projects, can manage meeting tight deadlines, collaborates seamlessly with the agency’s teams, and brings sharp analytical and communication skills to the table. You’ll work closely with Account Supervisors and Directors, owning your projects while contributing to our agency’s success.
In this role, you will:
- Manage project logistics—schedules, budgets, outside resources, talent, and approvals—with precision and accuracy.
- Anticipate client and team needs, offering smart, effective solutions to stay ahead.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with day-to-day client contacts.
- Lead client status meetings and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with leadership to define objectives, assign tasks, and deliver results.
- Oversee small- and mid-sized projects independently, guiding both clients and internal teams.
- Handle project briefs, coordinate teams and vendors, enforce deadlines, and manage invoicing.
- Develop presentations and proposals (project estimates), facilitate brainstorming sessions, and keep clients informed via detailed reporting and meeting notes.
- Provide insights on competitive and business landscapes to elevate our work.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support agency initiatives.
We require:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of account management experience with a track record of client retention
- Professional demeanor and customer-first approach
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with confidence in public speaking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in AI, Google/Microsoft tools and knowledge of major social platforms. Familiarity with budgeting a plus.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
