Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our CEO with the development of compelling PowerPoint presentations and assist with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time, onsite role with the potential to convert to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to design and refine visually engaging PowerPoint presentations
• Use Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop) to elevate presentation and branding materials.
• Provide administrative support including typing, scheduling, and document preparation.
• Maintain high accuracy and typing efficiency (55+ WPM preferred).
• Ensure professional-level grammar and clarity in all written materials.
• Perform other administrative and design-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop.
• Experience with CAD or SolidWorks preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (55+ preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and grammar skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Prior experience supporting executives or working in a similar hybrid creative/administrative role is a plus.
