Could This Be For You?Surestep is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours/week, Monday – Thursday) Marketing & Events Assistant. This role will assist with the planning and execution of marketing activities and will perform a variety of administrative and support staff duties.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinating local and national events
Providing marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Assisting education department with course event logistics, record keeping, and technical support
Supporting sales department with event planning, customer success initiatives, and administrative tasks
Managing customer inquiries and supporting customer service department with projects and initiatives
Data entry and general office duties
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or experience commensurate with the position
A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Proficient computer skills & knowledge.
Ability
Ability to learn through on-the-job training and to multi-task.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift approximately 25 pounds.
Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard as well as seeing to read and review materials for accuracy.
Hearing and speaking to exchange information with customers, and other Surestep staff and the public.
