What we do:
GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.
What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead and execute key marketing initiatives for the Stahls' Fulfill Engine Brand. This role requires a balance between sales and marketing functions, ensuring that communication, tools, and strategies align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of market trends and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy
• Analyze target markets and opportunities; document market drivers to inform offer strategy
• Consult leadership as they build, price, and package offerings to align with buyer preference; evangelize product fit per market
• Conduct ongoing industry and competitive analysis to identify Fulfill Engine's unique value in the market
• Partner with product and sales to adjust messaging and identify white space
• Funnel sales insights into the marketing team to refine campaigns and customer targeting.
• Maintain a strategic perspective, staying in tune with market trends and customer needs.
Marketing Strategy and Management
• Create sales tools to enable frontline teams to drive adoption and revenue
• Distill market themes and product capabilities into master messaging to position Fulfill Engine's benefits for target audiences
• Coordinate with other teams to apply our master messaging across marketing channels and segments to enhance our position at all stages of the funnel
• Create compelling presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Channel Partner Support
• Update and manage relationships with channel partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Oversee marketing calendars and outbound communication to maintain a consistent brand presence.
Product Launches
• Lead cross-functional product launches - including planning, internal enablement, and external promotion
• Develop launch plans for new products or features across channels
Track and Report Performance Metrics
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally between sales and marketing.
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, product launches, and partner management.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in KPI tracking and reporting tools.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelors Degree Minimum
• Minimum 5+ years in marketing or brand management.
