As a CBRE Communications Analyst, you will consult with internal partners to create written and visual communication. You will develop internal and external communications related to organizational values, strategy, and performance. The ideal candidate will excel in communication strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement. What You’ll Do
Draft and edit presentations, email communications, and event materials, managing content development and handling confidential information. Build relationships and support team collaboration through meetings and communication materials. Oversee communication requests, establishing standards, templates, and protocols for effective communication. Update and manage internal websites aligned with organizational goals. Maintain knowledge of communication trends and best practices to solve routine problems. Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. Collaborate with management and communication teams to understand project needs and assist with projects. What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience; experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Smartsheet. Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices to make judgments. Organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for this position is $24.00/hour, and the maximum is $36.30/hour.
