About The Role
As a CBRE Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing complex graphic design materials to support clients and marketing strategies.
This job is part of the Graphic Design job function. They are responsible for developing creative that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brands.
What You'll Do
- Design advanced print and internet marketing materials using corporate templates. This includes websites, brochures, floor plans, etc.
- Ensure artwork and copy are the accurate, size, type, and style. Provide oversight and verify alignment with campaign and branding design.
- Review and approve creative drafts and samples. Have the team make edits as vital based on collaborative feedback.
- Manage larger and more sophisticated design projects. Delegate work to team members to produce a finished product.
- Provide clients with cost estimates on all print material. Manage project costs and supervise production.
- Point of contact with preferred external vendors. Research, compare pricing, and recommend new vendor partnerships.
- Approve artwork for print. Verify specs and file sizes and formats are accurate.
- Mentor and train other designers and conduct some training on design software applications.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and tackle routine problems.
- Have a broad knowledge of own job field and some knowledge of several job fields within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain sophisticated information to others in straightforward situations.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive attitude.
