About the Role

Candidates for this position should have a BA or BS degree, with advanced certifications in executive leadership being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' experience in publishing and product management, with at least 5 years in a people management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial insight into professional publishing, learning, or not-for-profit membership associations, and experience in content management and technology-enabled monetization. Essential skills include the ability to translate strategies into action plans, excellent communication, and exceptional time management. The role may involve up to 30% travel, depending on the work arrangement.
