Social Media Manager
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media marketing strategies, and managing our company image cohesively to achieve our marketing goals.
As a social media manager, we expect you to stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven work experience in social media management, including content strategy, community management, and paid social media
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Marketing knowledge and understanding required
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research and GA4
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- 3-4 years of social media experience with B2B required
- Experience in using the following tools is plus:
- AHREFS
- Canva
- Facebook Analytics
- GA4
- Google Trends
- Google Workspace
- Hootsuite
- LinkedIn Analytics
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly called Twitter).
- Provide reports to the top management regarding the performance of posted content, social media platforms and other social media-related initiatives.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics and news stories relevant to the company and its industry.
- Generate new ideas for social media campaigns and content initiatives that align with business goals
- Analyze social media analytics to track growth and engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
