Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive business growth
- Negotiate and close sales deals with key clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing budgets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of the latest sales and marketing technologies and tools
