At Punch, the Creative Project Manager is the bridge between clients and the creative team—part project manager, part translator, part motivator, always committed to success.

Punch is ultra-responsive, adaptive, and collaborative. We work primarily with B2B tech, cybersecurity, and government contractors, so familiarity with computer science, cybersecurity, and national security is a plus.

In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, manage timelines and scopes, and ensure top-notch creative work. You’ll translate complex subjects, research solutions, and oversee quality control—all while keeping communication seamless.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare creative briefs
2. Client communications, email / phone
3. Provide reporting / documentation of team hours and tasks
4. Lead meetings (including agenda & follow-up)
5. Management of tasks, timelines, and deliverables (using Asana)
6. Research and strategy development
7. Prepare reports and documentation
8. Light copywriting
9. Internal team leadership
10. Use of Asana to create and manage tasks and projects
11. Frequent internal and external communication via Slack, Email, Phone

Requirements

1. Impeccable writing and presentation skills
2. Familiarity with website design, content, and development process
3. Knowledge of the latest SEO techniques and best practices
4. Bachelor’s degree in an interesting field
5. Ability to work legally in the United States
6. Creative Project Coordinator: 0-3 years agency experience
7. Creative PM: 3+ years of agency experience
8. Senior Creative PM / Director, Creative PM: 5+ years of agency experience
9. Experience managing large-scale projects involving coordinating people, workflow, and budgets

Super Powers Desired

1. Familiarity with WordPress and HubSpot
2. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (including editing text in InDesign documents)
