About the Role
As a Visual Merchandiser, you contribute to an inspiring, elevated, and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and commercial excellence. You will be responsible for executing visual, commercial, and styling strategies according to guidelines for the store. Additionally, you will use your trend and competitor awareness to inform and develop the store team, enhancing the customer shopping experience.
A Day in the Life

- Customer Sales & Profit: Ensuring visual and commercial standards are met, representing the brand positively, planning workload, launching campaigns, managing stock, analyzing sales reports, and implementing actions to meet sales targets.
- Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, and competitors to anticipate customer needs and improve store presentation.
- Team & Development: Inspiring and coaching the store team, sharing knowledge, developing talents, and conducting training sessions.
- Visual & Commercial Execution: Executing visual displays, styling, maintaining store layout, and ensuring all displays are aligned with brand standards.
