Job Description
Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience. This role involves developing designs for a variety of media, including digital, print, and social platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s identity.

Specific Duties:
- Create compelling designs for a wide range of materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website visuals, and product packaging.
- Support the Marketing Department creating trade show materials including annual catalogs, flyers, brochures, product data sheets, etc. as needed.
- Assist with designing social media content.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure the brand remains current and competitive.
- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all design outputs.
- Ensure all collateral deadlines, merchandise standards, & brand standards are consistently met.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand, high-quality designs.
- Take photography when needed.
- Edit and retouch photos (removing background, clean up images, color correction).
- Refine designs based on feedback, ensuring all revisions are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Assist in other communication, marketing, and graphic design projects as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Computer skills on Mac and PC platforms.
- A strong design portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Proficient with design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Knowledge of color correction, sizing/scaling, type setting/correction, and image enhancement/placement.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
