The Role:

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Expert who knows the ins and outs of creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns. If you’re analytical, results-driven, and ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from start to finish.
• Analise Hyros reports
• Develop audience targeting strategies and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
• Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality ad content.
• Stay up to date with platform updates and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience running successful Facebook Ads campaigns for a marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, pixels, and retargeting.
• Proficiency with Ads Manager, Business Suite, and third-party reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
