Executive Recruiter at LHH | Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain We are looking for an innovative and experienced Marketing Director for our plumbing and heating client based in Wheat Ridge, CO. As they expand their operations, they are looking to build a robust marketing strategy from the ground up. This is where you come in! This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a company poised for growth. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Compensation The annual salary range is $115,000-$125,000+ depending on experience. Benefits include paid holidays, full health benefits (medical, dental, vision and supplemental benefits), company 401(k) and profit sharing, as well as company discretionary bonuses. Location This is a HYBRID role, with the expectation to be in the office in Wheat Ridge, CO 2-3 days per week. Occasional travel to statewide store locations will be as needed. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels. Collaborate with various departments to create a unified brand message. Analyze industry and competitive trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Identify and target new or underserved markets. Manage the marketing budget and ensure a high return on investment. Create digital marketing campaigns and programs to increase brand affinity and sales. Oversee the production of print, online, and various forms of advertisements. Organize special events and promotions in conjunction with the e-commerce team. Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on progress. Manage social media channels and customer/vendor swag materials. Qualifications Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field required. 3-5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry. Proficient in copywriting and content creation. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Thorough knowledge of web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google AdWords. Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, and social media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
