Build and execute internal communications strategies making sure service news and initiatives are accurately and properly shared with key stakeholders so they feel well informed.
Gather ongoing relevant service updates and reported industry needs.
Lead service research initiatives by deploying on-going NPS and audience segmentation research and collaborating with the Ads research team on additional relevant efforts.
Synthesize research learnings and personas into actionable marketing strategies that will inform consumer brand awareness initiatives and enable us to hit sales goals.
Develop and maintain a library of insights, marketing assets, compelling messaging, collateral, and calendars that are shared out with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Establish and execute B2B programs in close collaboration with Ad Sales, Product Marketing and Partnership Solutions teams.
Maintain brand and messaging consistency across all touchpoints across Samsung Corporate, Samsung TV Plus, and Samsung Ads. Develop and execute needle moving B2C and B2B brand campaigns across paid media, digital, OOH, PR, etc.
Manage outbound marketing that drives visibility for the brand from advertising, PR, Digital, Web, Social, and Events.
Lead master brand and franchise brand development initiatives.
Work with Creative and Partner Solutions teams to develop new monetization opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications BS required; MBA preferred but not required.
10-15+ years of experience
Experience at a tech or entertainment company required.
Proven success in an early-stage Brand and the blend of a B2C and B2B focused marketing role.
Excellent brand marketing and creative agency management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and budgets.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to clearly and simply convey complex concepts.
Ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders internally/externally; strongly influence others and move organizations behind their goals.
Set priorities and creatively problem solve for several time-sensitive matters.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional project management skills and time management skills.
Ability to adjust priorities/tactics/solutions based on a constantly evolving environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment, strong problem solver and project owner.

For candidates based in California, compensation for this role is expected to be between $180,000 and $190,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. #LI-PC1
