SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:The WorkBe an expert on client business beyond creative challengesManage projects from creative concept to execution; lead the entire process and substantiate strategic direction with design justificationUltimately deliver innovative, conceptual design solutions for our clientsAn experienced presenter responsible for high-level presentations and frequent client contactPlan and lead brainstorming sessionsKeep abreast of evolving design and cultural trends; actively aware of emerging technology, sharing with the team as appropriatePartner with account team to develop and present design solutions to our clientsThe Team/Agency
Partner with Creative Directors to produce conceptual, strategic design solutions for our clientsMentor and supervise design team while challenging and introducing new and innovative methods of design executionEnsure healthy creative team environment; contribute to culture of New Honor SocietyContribute to new business pitches as neededAssist in recruitment of new talent and act as ambassador for the agencyEXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS:
Passionate, inspirational, organized and highly collaborative leaderExhibit eagerness to learn and grow professionally, as well as teaching and mentoring othersBachelor's Degree with concentration in Design6+ years progressive design experience
NHS has adopted a hybrid working environment. It is required for employees to be in office Tuesday-Thursday and can work from home Monday and Friday
