A growing company in Brooklyn is looking for a sales and marketing manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing planMarket through various channels and segment databases working with large data setDevelop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tacticsEvaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retentionPropose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communicationsRecruit, hire, and train sales teamSet sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as neededAssess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement themDevelop individual quotas and assign territories for team membersProvide detailed and accurate sales forecastsCoach, mentor, and provide feedback to team membersFoster a competitive yet collaborative team environmentAssess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as neededPartner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendorsLead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processesWork with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

Qualifications?:

Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the resultsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldExposure to digital and direct response marketingCompetence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pagesStrong project management skillsStrong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinkingAbility to travel as necessary

Salary: $80k-120k/Year
