We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage strategies in specific channels, to accelerate lead acquisition, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building. The ideal candidate will be an excellent strategist and communicator. They will thrive working with diverse teams and taking an idea to execution, measuring the results, and adjusting.

Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing planWork with our advisor advisor teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for targeted communities of clientsMarket through various channels and segments, collaborating with tactical marketers on your team and with supporting agencies (email, content, website, social, paid, etc)Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tacticsEvaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retentionPropose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communicationsPartner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendorsLead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processesWork with the other marketing team members, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendorsRequired Skills/ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Management3-5 years minimum experienceExperience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the resultsExposure to digital and direct response marketingCompetence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pagesStrong project management skillsStrong problem-solving ability, including outcomes-driven thinkingAccount management experience at an agency a plus, but not required
