Responsibilities for this position will include:

Lead and develop design strategy for all internal and external communications materials and platformsCoach and mentor graphic designers and other marketing teammatesCreate and execute company campaigns for brand awareness, company milestones, and other initiativesManage and maintain company brand standardsDesign a wide range of creative assets including but not limited to: social media, email campaigns, direct mail, branded merchandise, event materials, infographics, eLearning modules, and moreWork with individuals across a variety of teams to develop creative solutions for our company, partners, and clientsCollaborate with our talent development team to create innovative educational content for professional and skills-based training coursesCollaborate on creative projects with internal teams, creative agencies, and third-party vendorsProvide art direction on photoshoots — construction jobsites and other shootsProvide best practices, staying abreast of design trends, and encouraging creativity with all marketing team membersAttend company events and representing the firm at industry events as neededIndividual qualities we are looking for:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communications, or a related disciplineHave 5+ years of graphic design experienceApproach design with passion and disciplineYou're a little obsessed with processes, proofing, and error-checkingThrive in both an independent and collaborative environmentPassionate about transforming ideas into clear, cohesive, and impactful campaignsAbility to juggle concurrent projects with tight deadlinesExperience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopPossess an online portfolio of clever, campaign-worthy work and enjoy challenging the status quoHave routinely worked with third-party vendors and have experience preparing creative files for web and large format printingActive member of the design, marketing, and communications communityAbility to work well with others and have a positive working mindsetTake initiative and drive projects
