In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of shopper marketing initiatives across our multi-brand platform. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience creating strategies and programs to influence consumer purchasing decisions at the point of sale, primarily in retail environments. The goal is to enhance the overall shopping experience, drive sales, and strengthen the relationship between the brand and the consumer. In this role, you will play a critical role in defining our future strategic direction at retail and will be responsible for driving the in-store agenda.RESPONSIBILITESDevelop comprehensive shopper marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives that meet the unique characteristics and demands of the beverage industry.Analyze shopper insights and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and operations to align shopper marketing strategies with overall business goals.Coordinate with retailers and partners to ensure seamless execution of shopper marketing programs.Plan, execute, and oversee shopper marketing campaigns and programs, ensuring they align with brand strategies and meet desired outcomes.Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, understanding their needs and objectives to tailor shopper marketing strategies that align with their business goals.Negotiate contracts and agreements with retailers to secure optimal promotional opportunities and space within stores.Oversee the development of creative assets, including point-of-sale materials, displays, promotions, and digital marketing, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.Manage the shopper marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources to achieve desired results and ROI.Monitor and measure the performance of shopper marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, or related roles.Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail trends, and shopper insights.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with marketing technology and tools.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously .Passion for the beverage industry and a good understanding of consumer preferences in this sector.Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and production schedules.A strong team player who is a collaborator and enjoys working closely with other departments to meet company goals.Keep up to date with what's going on at Not For Sale, with special announcements, new campaigns, impact reports, and more.
