CANDIDATES ON EASTERN AND CENTRAL TIME ZONES ONLY, PLEASEWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our First Quality Consumer Products working remotely from the East Coast. Under the supervision of the Chief Commercial Officer and the Marketing Leader, this position ensures all program and project activity in the Sales & Marketing areas are aligned to the strategic objectives of the functions and the company, are correctly prioritized, resourced and scheduled, are progressing in a coordinated manner and ultimately deliver the business value that justified the project execution. This position works with functions leaders to ensure projects are properly defined in terms of requirements they will need to meet and are properly vetted prior to execution. The position will also enable timely and effective decision making by providing visibility into all project activity and workstream ownership.Primary responsibilities include:Demand Management:Intake of new projects and work request from the S&M teams. This is not just IT related projects but anything that requires multiple FQ functions and/or disciplinesUnder the direction of the CCO, categorize and prioritize the portfolio of projects and/or requestsLiaise with the CCO to ensure alignment to the function and the company’s strategic objectives through an organized and formal initial approval/vetting processFacilitate Business Case reviews and approvals between the project requester and the CCOFacilitate and coordinate Value Realization Reviews between the project requester and the CCO for each demand in the portfolio that is approved for executionPortfolio Management:Continuously provide visibility into the status of all projects in the portfolio. This is done by developing and delivering dashboards that provide timely and actionable information into project statusCommunicate with working groups about additions/deletions/changes to the portfolio and prioritiesProject Management:Ensure every project is analyzed to understand all the needed functions/disciplines that are required for successful execution of the project. Ensure that for each function/discipline the right leader is identified and engaged and that such leader acknowledges the project. Functions may include IT/IS, Legal, Finance, Operations, Warehousing/Logistics, Manufacturing, PLM, etc.Organize the different groups needed for a project in a manner that each identified leader is responsible to project manage their own workstreamServe as a point of escalation for different workstream/functions required to execute/deliver any given projectMaintain a log of risks/issues and assigned owner from the different functionsThe ideal candidate should possess the following:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experienceMinimum of 7 years of executive program/project management at an enterprise level for initiatives that require multiple functions and multiple disciplines concurrentlyPMP (Project Management Professional) Certification highly preferred. Change Management professional certification a plusExtensive working knowledge of Sales & Marketing Operations managementFinancial knowledge to ensure change efforts are aligned with the financial perspective of the desired business benefitsStrong communications, organizational and analytical skills to collect, organize and communicate extensive amounts of data into clear and simple executive level dashboardsExcellent executive influencing skills to productively work with leaders at a variety of levels; highly skilled at summarizing large volumes of information and data into relevant and actionable plansExcellent technical and presentation skills – MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesSuper follow-up skills with the ability to keep processes moving and holding colleagues accountable for their role in a project or initiativeAble to travel to all First Quality sites and for other required meetingsFirst Quality is committed to protecting information under the care of First Quality Enterprises commensurate with leading industry standards and applicable regulations.
