Associate Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization’s healthcare customer marketing initiatives; and is vital in influencing the business strategies to achieve long-term growth. The healthcare marketing manager’s primary responsibility is to generate profitable growth through successful sales and marketing strategies for our healthcare customers.Primary responsibilities include:

Partner with strategic customers to drive the value proposition through omni-channel marketing content targeted to key audiences, using market research, pricing, promotional, product marketing, traditional and digital advertising, and public relations.Evaluate healthcare marketing collateral and programs to determine content needs for various stages of the sales cycle and provide recommendations to content management team.Assist with sales support activities; maintenance of internal marketing tools and marketing materials including Seismic library and Professional Portal resources.Responsible for healthcare customer communication strategy, identifying effective and innovative methods to keep customers informed on healthcare products and programs.Responsible for analyzing customer trends to bring thought leadership to category business units and content marketing team, recommending improved strategies to expand market reach.Maintain marketing content calendar for event- and customer-specific advertising.Collaborate with marketing and creative design teams to create and distribute healthcare marketing content in a timely manner.Represent the organization at key healthcare customer meetings, tradeshows, and events.Collaborate with external vendors from initial RQF to final product delivery for all healthcare-related physical marketing materials.Focus on building and leveraging internal and external relationships founded on trust, integrity, and partnership to facilitate new opportunities to support corporate goals.The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or other related fields.2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare-related role.Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation applications; experience working with Salesforce and the Seismic integration preferred.Experience managing multiple projects at the same time from concept to implementation.Knowledge of the healthcare industry from sales, marketing, and operations perspectives.Self-motivated and able to work with short deadlines and competing demands.An eye for excellent visual design – this role is not a graphic designer, but should know what good digital and print marketing assets look like.Proven reporting, problem solving and decision-making skills.Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills across multiple audiences, collaborating cross-functionally across departments.Strong accountability and completion of tasks without close supervision.Proactive, organized and efficient with high standards for grammar/visual consistency & accuracy.Creative and analytical abilities, self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to focus on a specific strategy.Positive and self-motivated individual, with ability to prioritize and adapt in a regularly changing environment.Proficiency in related applications, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe, Salesforce, and Seismic.Ability to think, plan, and sell strategically.Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.Solid understanding of current healthcare marketing trends.Open to candid feedback and brings initiative, humility and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator a plus.First Quality is committed to protecting information under the care of First Quality Enterprises commensurate with leading industry standards and applicable regulations.
