The Technical Design Assistant will play an integral role in ensuring that their products are of the highest quality and meet the needs and expectations of customers.Responsibilities
Assist the Technical Design Team in developing technical packs with specifications for garment construction, fit, and materialsReview and analyze samples to ensure accuracy in fit and constructionCommunicate with vendors to coordinate sample development, conduct fittings, and resolve any technical issues or concernsManage and maintain digital and physical records of tech packs, fit comments, and other relevant informationParticipate in cross-functional meetings to provide technical expertise and contribute to project developmentRequirementsAssociate's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field1+ years' experience in technical design in the apparel industryProficient in the Adobe Suite, Microsoft Excel, and other related softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong understanding of garment construction, fit, and materialsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and highly organized in record-keeping and sample management.BenefitsCompetitive compensation packagesMedical, Dental, Vision, FSARetirement Savings Plan MatchAnnual Salary $50,000-55,000Summer FridaysDiscounts and More!
