As the Business Development Manager of Partnership Marketing, you will spearhead the identification and negotiation of strategic relationships, aiming to expand the partnership portfolio and boost sales across national franchised locations. The ideal candidate will have experience with private label and fleet credit card portfolios and experience developing grocery brand partnerships.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and partner management, including demonstrated "hunter mentality "prospecting, evaluating, and managing new opportunities to expand marketing partnerships.Experience managing private label and fleet credit card portfolios and developing marketing strategy in partnership, including KPIs, goals, budget, offer strategy, and channel strategy .Experience developing B2B marketing strategy and supporting company strategic objectives.Experience developing and managing grocery brand partnerships, redemption partnerships, and loyalty programs.Experience reporting on partner performance utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and actions for future partnerships.Strong analytical skills, including experience reviewing performance results and financial impacts.Preferred:

Master's degree or MBA.Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP's, excel modeling) and PowerPoint presentation development to manage and report on the execution, tracking, and ROI of partnership marketing efforts and campaigns.Responsibilities

Prospect, evaluate, and manage a pipeline of new opportunities to grow marketing partnerships. Evaluate new business relationships to ensure they are the appropriate strategic fit and model the financial impact.Develop creative solutions to identify new prospects and build a strong pipeline.Manage strategic relationships with some of the company's largest existing partners, including credit card portfolios, grocery partners, financial partners, and loyalty partners.Identify further engagement opportunities to drive growth, set partner expectations and manage towards growth plans.Assist in the negotiation and execution of contracts and oversee the onboarding of new partners, which includes collaboration with Account Management, Legal, Technology and Customer Support.Report results on partner performance to executive management.Oversee execution, tracking, measurement and ROI on partnership marketing efforts and campaigns.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
