Our Website & Social Media Advertising Specialist will be primarily focused on external communication, website management, and optimization of social media and our overall online presence.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE:
Update and manage the company website; project updates, press releases, etc.
Organize and maintain historical project data.
Brainstorm social media campaigns
Manage targeted advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.)
Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and posts.
Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
Develop social media strategies.
Guide the messaging, tone, and brand voice for social channels.
Stay current on industry innovations and tools.
Support marketing objectives
Creative social media posts with relevant keywords for SEO
Write press releases on completed projects and community outreach events.
Ready to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced working environments.
Work with an external PR company on advertising and marketing campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2-3 years of experience in a Social Media role; within an electrical construction business would be preferred.
Recent experience from a corporate perspective using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
Website SEO knowledge and organic traffic experience
Experience running targeted ad campaigns.
Google Ads knowledge and experience
Website management experience (WordPress preferred)
Experience with CRM database preferred (Cosential preferred)
Experience with Adobe CC products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Able to handle multiple deadlines at one time.
