The Customer Marketing Associate Manager – Offer Management is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end 1x1 strategy – managing, supporting, and enhancing the Inspire Brands Customer Marketing programs, with an emphasis on the end-to-end offer creation process. The right candidate is someone who is energized to scale a vital practice that will be instrumental in shaping the future for Inspire’s customers and business.
This role will work in close partnership with each Brand, as well as shared services for Performance Marketing, CRM, IT, Restaurant Tech, Data Science and Loyalty teams. He/she will be responsible for developing and driving efficient offer management best practices to enable the Inspire Brand portfolio to deliver personalized offers for all consumers across all channels for each brand, using CRM, API integrations, Mobile Apps, Emails, Mobile Push, Point-of-Sale and SAAS Loyalty Vendor Technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work cross-functionality with internal and external stakeholders to execute the end-to-end offer creation process, including but not limited to; offer ideation, offer catalog management, offer eligibility, offer allocation, offer testing, offer execution and offer content
Manage external relationship(s) with OMS platforms & creative vendors across each brand
Implement and support offers to support national, loyalty, ad-hoc and 1:1 personalization at scale
Understand and monitor all offer constructs, including but not limited to discount and bonus offers, using loyalty vendor technologies
Work with QA teams on offer testing processes and escalations before, during and after production releases
Consistently ideate & deliver new offer opportunities within and across each Brand
Responsible for the creation and management of offer files for all Brands, including but not limited to offer & creative master files
Partner with Performance Marketing, Loyalty, Brand, CRM, IT, Data Science and Analytics teams to manage process and backend development for offer-associated campaigns, with an emphasis on interpreting and validating requirements to be able to concisely deliver requirements and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
Partner with CRM, Performance Marketing, and Loyalty teams to identify and implement operational opportunities and efficiencies to drive the Inspire Brands portfolio forward
Develop and maintain deep understanding of the customer across the Inspire Brands portfolio in order to assist in better personalization communication and experiences for the customer
Collaborate with creative agencies on offer strategy, including but not limited to campaign & timeline management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum:
4 year degree
3+ years of experience managing offer and/or loyalty solutions in hospitality, retail, or Agency/consulting environments
3+ years marketing experience
Preferred
: Prior experience with a multi-brand organization that leverages scale (i.e., reuse) and supports bespoke brand requirements
Expertise and prior experience in Agile ways of working framework
