Position Summary

This is an on-site role in Houston, TX.

As the Director of Marketing Operations and Technology at Empower, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of marketing by integrating cutting-edge technology with strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you will drive the development and implementation of our advanced marketing technology stack. Your expertise will empower us to leverage innovative tools and processes that amplify our marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develops and executes a comprehensive strategy for our technology stack, encompassing Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other integrated technologies.Leads the implementation of large-scale technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing technology solutions and streamline operational processes.Serves as a Salesforce subject matter expert, driving adoption and optimization initiatives across the organization.Oversees the management of web assets, internal marketing requests, and other technology platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.Leads the Analytics Salesforce Coordinator in the development and execution of data-driven insights and reporting strategies.Directs the Project Coordinator in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.Drives innovation and creativity in the deployment of technology solutions, leveraging resources effectively to launch impactful initiatives.Monitors and evaluates the performance of marketing technology initiatives, leveraging analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.Fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity, and resourcefulness within the marketing operations and technology team.Fosters a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, professional growth, and knowledge sharing among team members.Monitors and evaluates employee performance. Provides feedback, as necessary.Partners with department leadership to evaluate headcount needs.Performs other duties as assigned.While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Knowledge and Skills

Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive technology strategies within marketing departments.Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technology implementations and driving adoption across an organization.Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, with proficiency in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other integrated tools.Strategic thinker with a track record of leveraging technology to drive business growth and efficiency.Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.Key Competencies
