Senior Program Manager of Loyalty - Marketing

Job Description

This person is responsible for the overall management of top Fortune 200 Marketing Promotion/Loyalty Programs, spanning across 12 brands and 50+ programs. This includes management of existing programmatic structures and benefits, as well as crafting and completing strategic improvements to the loyalty program. This position will work closely with operational teams such as fulfillment centers, contact centers and internal/external marketing agencies to ensure the success of Branded Loyalty Programs and identifying customer experience opportunities to improve program experience. This role will report to the Senior Principal of Digital Marketing Services Capgemini DCX.Ensure an outstanding member experience by delivering key program improvements and potentially optimize program operations construct based on insights.Lead and optimize interactions and communications with Contact Centers, Fulfillment Centers, and Agencies of Record.Lead cross-functional team projects across a broad set of collaborators, clearly aligning on business and data needs and handling ambitious timelines to deliver on program requirements.Develop and cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external partners, including handling requests and supporting quarterly business reviews for managed services and brand owners.General Program Management, including leading cross-functional team initiatives, facilitating meetings, and providing key updates and presentations to senior leadership.Develop, optimize, and communicate strategic program improvements in line with the long-term strategy. Continuously update and assess the market loyalty landscape if applicable.Lead regular cadence of vendor communications, including responding to questions and sharing program updates.Makes daily decisions focused on driving revenue contribution and improving overall performance metrics.Leads cross-functional efforts involving multiple internal/external partners.Actively lead a dynamic team across multiple subject areas.Experience with regulatory businesses (alcohol, tobacco, pharma), sweepstakes and contests.Comprehensive understanding of OMS features and functions from Salesforce OMS.Position could have multiple reports.

Experience Required10 + years of dynamic work-related experience in marketing for retail and or CPG.Expertise in Loyalty Operations.Ability to work with, manipulate, and draw conclusions and recommendations from sets of data.Experience in and passion for loyalty marketing, rewards programs and most importantly the customer experience.Passion for understanding consumer insights and consumer behavior.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong quantitative skills and the ability to frame business problems analytically, strong understanding of operational metrics.Success in working well both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills working with people at all levels and backgrounds.Ability to build and deliver presentations or written communication in a concise and well-organized manner.Work with a high level of accountability, results-orientated, and dependable.Life at Capgemini
