Associate Consumer Audience ManagerOur client, a family-owned food manufacturing company in Tennessee, is seeking an Associate Consumer Audience Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting company marketing initiatives that drive personalized journeys for consumers across earned, owned, and paid media channels. $117,650 + 40-45% bonus based on company performanceBenefits:Top-of-the-Line Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceHRA and FSAEmployee Assistance ProgramPhysical, Emotional, Financial, Community, and General Well-Being programsCompany-Paid Life Insurance Policy (2x base annual earnings), AD&D Insurance, Dependent Life Insurance for every listed dependent, Travel Accident InsuranceShort- and Long-Term DisabilityPension plan and 401K planPTO (20 days) + HolidaysComprehensive Relocation Package (2 trips to visit and view housing locations, moving company fees, real estate fees, pet boarding fees, etc.)Responsibilities:Reach new and existing consumers with relevant messaging.Partner with business leads across the company to develop omni-channel communication plans and testing strategies.Develop and execute audience acquisition and retention strategies to drive consumer growth and engagement.Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to reach and engage target audiences.Develop targeting strategies that drive both short and long term business KPIs.Utilize data-driven insights and market research to identify target audience segments, refine personas, and optimize content strategy.Work closely with the product and technology teams to improve user experience and leverage analytics to measure and optimize media engagement.Analyze data to ensure strategies are aligned with goals and objectives and are delivering the most consumer and business value.Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and business stakeholders as well as external agencies and vendors to launch personalization programs.Develop leadership-level presentations and reports to give visibility to recent accomplishments and showcase results.Qualifications:Bachelor of Arts or Science requiredMBA or Graduate Degree preferred4-8+ years of experience in media measurement, audience analytics, targeting, and/or personalization strategies.Proficient in data manipulation and using analytics to drive business growth strategies.Experience with customer data platforms, data management platforms and customer relationship management systems.Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence a wide range of partners and stakeholders.Category Code: JN009
