This opportunity is full-time and onsite in Knoxville, TN. We are currently seeking candidates in the Knoxville, TN, area or candidates willing to relocate for this opportunity only.About our Client:A leading company in the personal transportation industry, recognized for its innovative technologies and top-tier products. That has been established for over four decades.Celebrated for creating unique and inspiring customer experiences around the world and is one of the leading providers for the personal transportation industry.Dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement in a high-end personal transportation luxury market.Your Expertise:A seasoned leader with a track record of driving innovative design strategies and fostering a collaborative team environment.Proficient in leading both 2D and 3D design initiatives, utilizing Adobe Suite and other industry-standard tools.Skilled in understanding and meeting customers' unique needs, translating their desires into impactful design solutions.Previous experience in an advertising agency, managing multiple clients, understanding their unique branding needs, and creating custom design assets tailored to each client's requirements.Your Responsibilities:Lead a team of creative professionals in developing and executing transformative design concepts that align with brand objectives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for visual storytelling and brand enhancement.Mentor and develop team members, nurturing their creative talents and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Juggle multiple projects and clients concurrently, spanning print, digital, and branding initiatives.Collaborate closely with the personalization team to tailor solutions to meet clients' specific needs.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.Demonstrated expertise in graphic design leadership, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.Prior agency experience is required.Proficiency in Adobe Suite and other relevant design software, with a keen eye for detail and clean aesthetics.Experience in aviation or automotive is preferred.Experience working with a luxury brand is preferred.Must be willing to work fully onsite in Knoxville, TN.Our Purpose:
